We, Al Taresh service trustee services LLC authorized to provide Dubai land department services, and related transactions. نحن،شركة الطارش أمين الخدمات العقارية ش ذ م م مرخص لتقديم خدمات دائرة الأراضي والأملاك بدبي والمعاملات ذات الصلة
Applicant shall fill proper contact details for communication. And to provide required valid documents to process transaction. يجب على مقدم الطلب مليء تفاصيل التواصل المناسبة. وتزويد المستندات المطلوبة لتقديم المعاملات
Signing is considered as confirmation to proceed until completion. In case of cancellation request, remaining balance will be settled per to the terms and conditions يعتبرالتوقيع علي هذا الإقرار والتعهد بمثابة الموافقة والتأكيد علي تقديم المعاملات وفي حال رغبة العميل الغاء الطلب سيتم تسوية ماتبقي من المبلغ وفقا للشروط والأحكام .
The Applicant hereby acknowledges and undertakes the following:
  1. To provide complete and accurate contact information required for processing the application.
  2. To submit all necessary documents and information required for the online registration of the tenancy contract.
  3. Signing this Declaration and Undertaking shall constitute the Applicant’s approval and authorization for the Company to submit and process the transaction with the relevant authorities.
  4. In the event that the Applicant requests cancellation of the application after the processing has commenced, any outstanding fees or refunds shall be settled in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
 يقر مقدم الطلب ويلتزم بما يلي:
  1. تعبئة جميع بيانات التواصل المطلوبة بشكل صحيح وكامل.
  2. تزويد الشركة بكافة المستندات والوثائق اللازمة لإتمام معاملة تسجيل عقد الإيجار إلكترونياً.
  3. يعتبر التوقيع على هذا الإقرار والتعهد بمثابة موافقة صريحة وتفويض للشركة بتقديم ومتابعة المعاملة لدى الجهات المختصة.
  4. في حال طلب العميل إلغاء المعاملة بعد البدء في إجراءاتها، يتم تسوية أي مبالغ مستحقة وفقاً للشروط والأحكام المعمول بها. كما أقر أنا الموقع أدناه بأنني قد قرأت وفهمت جميع ما ورد في هذا الإقرار والتعهد، وأوافق عليه بالكامل، وأتعهد بتحمل المسؤولية عن أي تأخير أو مشكلة أو خسارة تنشأ نتيجة تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة من جانبي. وأتعهد كذلك بأن جميع البيانات الشخصية والمعلومات الواردة في عقد الإيجار صحيحة ودقيقة وحديثة، وأنني أتحمل كامل المسؤولية القانونية عن صحة المستندات والوثائق المقدمة مني لغرض تسجيل عقد الإيجار لدى قطاع شؤون الإيجارات العقارية في دبي أو أي جهة مختصة أخرى.
I, the undersigned, hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the contents of this Declaration and Undertaking. I further undertake to bear full responsibility for any delay, issue, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by me. I also declare and undertake that all personal information and details contained in the tenancy contract are true, accurate, and up to date. Furthermore, I accept full legal responsibility for the authenticity and validity of all documents submitted by me for the purpose of registering the tenancy contract with the Dubai Rental Affairs Sector or any other competent authority.
