| Applicant shall fill proper contact details for communication. And to provide required valid documents to process transaction. | يجب عىل مقدم الطلب ملء تفاصيل التواصل المناسبة. وتزويد المستندات المطلوبة لتقديم المعامالت |
| To assure confidentiality, applicant's information & original Passport shall be for services only. It shall not be shared with any third party, unless providing an official SPA approved by the notary in UAE and certified by the MOFA in case it is issued abroad. | حفاظا عىل شية المعلومات، وأصل جواز سفر صاحب الطلب سيتم استخدامها من أجل انجاز الخدمة فقط. ولن يتم مشاركتها مع أي طرف ثالث، إال . في حال أثبت صلته بصاحب المعاملة بوكالة رسمية معتمدة من كاتب العدل . في الدولة، ومصدقة من وزارة الخارجية . في حال كان مصدرها من الخارج. |
| Applicant must pledge to not leave UAE until visa stamping. Time Frame will be subject of approval by government departments. Application shall be considered as cancelled in case of non- adherence per conditions. | يجب عىل صاحب الطلب الا لتزتام بعدم مغادرة الدولة إلى حين تثبيت الاقامة، و سيخضع اإلطار الزمني لالنجاز لموافقات الجهات المعنية. وسيتم اعتبار الطلب ملغي في حال عدم الا لتزام وفقا للشروط. |
| The customer should cooperate to provide all the documents required by email and original documents on the timelines. | All Fees must be fully paid in advance and AED currency only. | يجب دفع جميع الرسوم كاملة مقدما وبعملة الدرهم اإلمارا تي فقط |
| Government fee will be as per Attached Quotation according to Transaction Type. | ستكون الرسوم الحكومية حسب عرض األسعار المرفق وحسب نوع المعاملة |
| Government Fee is subject to change. Applicant shall be liable to pay revised Gov Fee accordingly. | الرسوم الحكومية قابلة للتغيرت. وعليه يلتزم مقدم الطلب بدفع الرسوم الحكومية المعدلة وفقا لذلك |
| All Fines / Penalties related to transactions shall be shouldered by customer, due to Delays resulted by him/her. | جميع الغرامات المتعلقة بالمعامالت تكون على عاتق العميل في حالة التأخيرالناتج من قبله/ها |
| In case of refund request, it shall be submitted within 90 days from application date in writing. Otherwise, the company shall not be liable for any refund, and Application shall be considered as cancelled. | في حال الرغبة باسترداد الرسوم، يجب أن يتم في غضون 90 يوما من تاريخ تقديم الطلب او استكمال عملية الدفع، عن طريق تقديم طلب خ يط. خالف ذلك ، لن تكون ال رشكة مسؤولة عن أي استرداد ، ويعتبر الطلب ملغيا |
| Refund shall be received only by actual applicant. No one else shall be authorized for refund such as but not limited to (PRO / Agent etc.). | يجب أن يتم استالم مبلغ استرداد فقط من قبل صاحب الطلب الفعلي. ولن يتم قبول تفويض أي شخص آخر استرداد األموال على سبيل المثال ال الحصر (مندوب/ وكيل وغيره) |

In case the client does not pay the quotation fees, or the payment is not confirmed for a maximum period of one month, the job will be canceled. If the process plan has been sent and the transaction has not been initiated for a maximum period of 90 days from the date of payment, the job will be canceled and 25% of the service fee will be deducted. In case the transaction is rejected by the concerned entity, or the applicant cancels the transaction, Government and Service fees of related transaction shall not be refunded and the professional fees will be deducted as follows: 1 - when printing the visa application / Golden residence application / medical examination application. 25% of the service fee is deducted. 2 - when printing the mode adjustment, 50% of the service fee is deducted. 3 - when printing the medical examination / ID request, 100% of the service fee will be deducted. Only unused government fees will be refunded. |
في حالة عدم العميل الرسوم الخاصة بعرض الاسعاراو عدم تاكيدة الدفع لمدة اقصاها شهر يتم الغإ الوظيفة-
في حالة تم ارسال خطة الاجرأت ولم يتم البداء في المعاملة لمدة اقصاها 90 يوما من تاريخ الدفع يتم الغاء الوظيفة واستقطاع 25% من رسوم الخدمة في حال تم رفض المعاملة من قبل الجهة المعنية أوألغ مقدم الطلب المعاملة، لن يتم رد رسومها الحكومية ويستقطع من رسوم الخدمة كالاتي عند طباعة طلب التاشيزة/ طلب الاقامة الذهبية / طلب الفحص الطبي ـ يتم استقطاع 25% من رسوم الخدمةـ عند طباعة تعديل الوضع يتم استقطاع 50% من رسوم الخدمةـ عند طباعة طلب الفحص الطبي / طب الهوية يتم استقطاع 100% من رسوم الخدمةـ على ان يتم رد الرسوم الحكومية الغير مستخدمة فقط |
| Signing is considered as confirmation to proceed until completion. In case of cancellation request, remaining balance will be settled per to the terms and conditions above. | يعتبرالتوقيع علي هذا آلقرار والتعهد بمثابة الموافقة والتأكيد علي تقديم المعامالت تباعا الى حين انجازها وفي حال رغبة العميل الغاء الطلب سيتم تسوية ماتبقي من المبلغ وفقا للشروط والأحكام أعاله |
| I, the undersigned, acknowledged reading and agreeing on the above, and undertake the responsibility in case of any issue or delay resulted from my end. | أقر أنا الموقع أدناه بقراءة ما ورد أعلاه والموافقة عليه ، وأتعهد بتحمل المسؤولية في حالة حدوث أي مشكلة أو تأخيرمن قبلي. |
